Recently you concluded the remodel of my kitchen along with a room expansion. I want to let you know how thrilled my wife and I are with the results. The whole Experience was much better than I ever expected (given the construction horrors I heard about) As I reflected back, there were only 2-3 days in the entire 5 months of construction that someone was not on site and that was due to minor hold ups. Not only was someone there everyday, but the people you have working for you were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to hire your services if I was to ever do a project like this again.

I am pleased to tell you about the great experience I had with your
company. I had a strange bathroom leak and after having seven different licensed plumbers "fix" the problem, I still had the leak. Each previous plumber came up with a different answer than the one before. I tried everything they suggested. This included re-caulking, re-grouting,
putting towels down every time the shower was used, to shutting the door in a different way. When I put my home up for sale the issue of the leak of course camp up, so again I had a plumber come out for an estimate. The plumber said the only way to determine the problem would be to tear the wall down and see what's going on inside. Fortunately for me, my Real Estate Agent had heard what a great company Handyman Unlimited was. She heard right, your serviceman found the problem in minutes. It was so refreshing to have someone actually take the time and energy to find out the real problem. Not only that but your company fixed the problem so quickly, without your help the sale of my home would have been in jeopardy, I can't thank you enough.

Dan and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your
technicians for their quality work done in replacing out kitchen ceiling
last month. We've experienced home repairs and renovations in the past, but I'd have to say that we've never had workmen who left the work site watch day so clean. Both the men treated our home as though it was theirs, In fact on the final day I had to shoo them out the door because they were prepared to vacuum all the carpeting! I am pleased to say that I had a very good experience using HandyMan
Unlimited. I noticed the ad for the HandyMan Unlimited in my local paper and gave them a call. The receptionist gave me thorough but quick overview of the company and how fees for service rendered. I was able to make an appointment with the handyman to see the jobs that I needed done. On the appointed day the handyman arrived right on time. The technician went over the list of things to repair, made his notes, and gave me an estimate for the time and money involved in the supplies and labor. I felt very comfortable that he knew what I wanted done and could do it in a timely fashion. I made an appointment for the work to be done. Again, the technician was prompt. He did an excellent job and completed everything on my list. I would use HandyMan Unlimited again and have recommended it to my friends. The technician also referred me to a house painter. The painter came out to give me an estimate. I was impressed that he too was on time! The house was prepped and painted. And again, I was very pleased with the results.

I wanted to let you guys know that I had been frustrated with calling
other companies and when I called your company about a simple matter, you guys got " right down to the point" about your business and goals to meet my repair needs. My repair matter involved mold and a big 24" x 24" area hole in my drywall extending to the outside. It was caused by the sprinklers from the outside. The other companies had been giving me the run- around about the costs and " meet sometime next week" where as you gave me a specific date and went with it. Your technician came over exactly at 7:15 in the morning (a time we agreed on- most others would either be too early or 4 hours late) He didn't waste any time in his work. He told me what he wanted to do, what was best, and his knowledge on the area was excellent. He repaired the outside as well as the inside and did a very professional job. My wife was very pleased with the great job he has done. We are definitely referring others to your company since you guys "DO THE JOB!" and as well as doing a great job at it!

Your very nice Thank You card came today and you simply beat me to the punch. I was very pleased with the efficiency and kindness of your
technician that I planned to send off a thank you note to him and I had
unexpected guests for two days and I did not get to it. He knew exactly
what to do and he moved about so quietly I was not aware he was putting in that new faucet. I am amazed that I put up with that horrid one in the kitchen since my granddaughter bought this house for me in 1996. I was just told not to fuss with the plumbing in an old house and I obeyed. Everyone that comes to see me has to admire the new addition at the kitchen sink. If EVER I need any chore done, I will contact you and I will put the magnet on my refrigerator. I have already showed the leaflet that was attached to the door knob and everyone says, "Wow, this firm can handle all things anyone would need." I agree.
